In a world dominated by huge corporations, a small start-up called S.Mall has decided to change the rules of the game. Instead of focusing on size, S.Mall has revolutionized the concept of a shopping centre, demonstrating that it is the intelligent use of space that makes the difference. In this card game, building smaller shopping centers is not only possible, but also the key to getting more points and winning the game.

In S.Mall, two players compete to build the most efficient shopping mall and earn the most points. Over 4 rounds, players choose cards to expand their mall, adding floors with luxury, clothing, food, and tech shops. Each card has an objective that, if completed, awards victory points. At the end of the game, points are tallied based on the shops present and the objectives completed.

The game also includes a solo mode where players face off against the MegaMax Corp. Bot, an opponent known for its aggressive market strategy. The rules are similar to the two-player game, with some exceptions for the Bot. The player with the most points at the end of the game wins, while the Bot does not incur penalties for shops under construction or lack of shop types.
